Ring saws (gas or hydraulic), chain saws (gas or hydraulic) and handsaws (gas or electric) can all be used to prevent over cuts. Over cuts are where the corners are it can either be flush in the corners (no over cuts) or the blade will leave the
lines crossing (overcuts)
* Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC openings.
* Ventilation and air conditioning openings.
* Small, tightly accessed areas where cutting is needed.
